

The apostles were a very unique group of men. Christ equipped them with supernatural powers.
Mark 3:14-15 NKJV
“Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach, and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:”
They received both inspiration and impartation from Christ through association, teaching and observation.
Acts 4:13 NKJV
“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.”
The full force of the enemy that had been arrayed against Christ, was now focused mainly against these twelve apostles.
Acts 4:26-27 NKJV
“The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together
Against the LORD and against His Christ.’
“For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together”
The main enemies of the gospel of Christ were:-
Christ faced these same enemies constantly, but He was always victorious. The apostles also met them squarely and came out victoriously every time.
